At LPPH we believe that investing in the wellness of our staff is investing in the heart of our hospital. On the 25^th & 26^th of September, we welcomed our team to an Open Day of Wellness, creating space for open conversations, promoting a healthy culture, and taking the first steps in tackling burnout together.

 From eye testing with Execuspecs, open talks about health supplements, inspiring movement with Virgin Active, mental wellness talks with social workers, nutrition guidance from a lifestyle coach, and free back & neck massages, to health checks with NHP and valuable insights from the Cancer Association of Namibia, we brought the resources straight to our staff. 

Because caring for our people means they can continue caring for others.
