At Lady Pohamba Private Hospital, safety is a promise we make to every patient and every family who walks through our doors. Our children deserve care that is not only skilled but also safe, kind, and built on trust.

In honour of that promise, we follow the Child Care and Protection Act, 3 of 2015, page 143, which requires all individuals working with children to obtain a police clearance certificate each year. This important step goes beyond compliance; it reflects our deep commitment to protecting those who depend on us most.

We are proud that more than half of our 554 employees have already applied for their certificates. Each application represents a pledge to uphold the trust that parents place in us and to ensure that every child receives care with integrity, compassion, and safety at heart.
