Staff awarded for their commitment & dedication to going above and beyond the expectations of the hospital management.
All catagories need to be met in order to receive an incentive award.
These include being at work on time, clocking in before shift change & after shift.
No disciplinary action being taken during the set time period of a year.
Not exccesively using sick leave.
Staff need to have a performance appraisal rating of greater than 3.
These awards are presented yearly.
